San Antonio RealEstate is awesome. My wife likes to watch those HGTV shows about people buying houses all over the country. We are always shocked that people have to spend $500,000 to buy a reasonable house in California & some other places.
Half a mil buys a mansion in San Antonio! Ok, “mansion” is a subjective term, but you get a lot of house! Not only that, but the housing market in SA is generally on a steady uptrend and not very volatile, especially compared to other markets in the United States.
San Antonio is pretty spread out, but the highway system for the most part is excellent. Compared to other Texas cities (like our sister Houston), the traffic is excellent. So, no matter where you live, you have a nice network of highways to get to work, school, or play.
